From the perspective of our residents, there is never a stranger
working at Holland Home. To meet this challenge in the face of occasional
shortages of licensed health care professionals trained specifically
to work at Holland Home, we maintain a reserve roster of nurses
and other care professionals to facilitate staff openings. This
includes providing staff to those who live in our Independent Living
homes when an emergent need arises for care that family members
are not qualified/able to provide.
