Resident Assistance Fund

Holland Home’s tradition of charitable care now exceeds 110 years. In 2003 our residential campuses expect to serve more than 220 people who do not have the ability to meet the costs of their own care. For many of these, the care that they need ranks second in cost only to hospital care. To help meet this need, our Resident Assistance Fund goal for 2003 is $1,250,000.

Your gift to the Resident Assistance Fund helps us offer peace of mind to older adults and their families, and assures our ability to continue providing excellent care when personal and family resources fall short. Support is directed to help meet the cost of daily care in the assisted living and skilled care centers of our Fulton, Raybrook, and Breton campuses.

Your gift of:
$45 will cover one day's shortfall for one resident in our nursing care unit.
$315 will cover one week's shortfall.
$1,375 will cover one month's shortfall.
$4,125 will cover three months' shortfall.
$8,250 will cover six months' shortfall.
$16,500 will cover one year's shortfall.

Special Note regarding memorial gifts: Many families identify Holland Home as a designated charity for memorial gifts. If you’d like to honor a memorial invitation, please identify, on the face of your check, in a short note, or on the memorial envelope, the person in whose honor your gift is made. Holland Home will inform a designated family member or loved one of your gift (but not the amount of your gift).
