Our care philosophy is quite simple: from beginning to end, life was
meant to be lived, and it was meant to be lived with dignity. Using the
empathy and compassion that God gives us, we empower patients to greet
each day as a gift to be lived, cherished and shared with those they
love. We provide Christ-inspired care to manage pain and anxiety, allowing
patients and their familes and friends to spend whatever time remains
in an environment of peace, tranquilty, and love.
While our team of healthcare professionals, support staff and volunteers
provide care that is unique to each situation, the patient, the patient's
family, and the patient's physician direct the care. Hospice services can be provided at home or at Trillium Woods, Faith Hospice's residence center located at 8214 Pfeiffer Farms Drive, SW, Byron Center, MI 49315,
To help make Faith Hospice available to as many people as
possible, our services may be eligible for reimbursement by Medicare,
Medicaid, or Blue Cross/Blue Shield, in addition to many other private
insurance plans and HMOs.
