Using the Holland Home VPN

1. Download the VPN setup file.
2. When asked what to do with the downloaded file, choose Run:
   
3. You will be prompted for two installation options. Select to make the connection available for All users, and ensure that the Add a shortcut on the desktop option is checked:
   
4. You will see the following icon on your desktop:
   
5. You will also see the following screen appear. This is the screen you will see every time you double-click the VPN icon:
   
6. The first time you use the VPN, you must click the Properties button, which will bring you to the following screen:
   
7. Ensure that Holland Home VPN is selected, and click the OK button.
8. Put your Holland Home username and password in the respective boxes. Click the Connect button. You will momentarily see something flash on your screen, followed by a green arrow appearing in the system tray down by your clock:
   
9. You are now connected to the Holland Home VPN. Note: While you are connected to the VPN, your regular Web and e-mail access will not be accessible. Only Holland Home information can be accessed while connected to the VPN.
10. Finally, right-click the green VPN icon in the system tray. You will see the following menu appear:
    
11. Choose the facility you work at from the list, and proceed as you normally would when at work.
12. When you are done working on the VPN, right-click the green VPN icon in the system tray and select Disconnect.
